No hidden call-out surprises — this is what a visit costs before any parts or extra work.
What the initial charge includes
Local attendance by one of our engineers and up to the first 30 minutes of diagnosis and labour.
Our standard rates apply during normal working hours to properties within approximately five miles of Wymondham.
Parts and materials are charged separately. Where additional work or replacement parts are required, our engineers will explain the available options and likely costs before proceeding.
Charges are based on time spent at the property. Where a visit to obtain non-stock parts may be required, this will be discussed with the customer.
Larger and planned work
Larger repairs, installations and planned work are normally priced separately, with a clear quotation provided before work begins. This includes boiler replacements, complete heating systems, hot water cylinders, underfloor heating and domestic air-conditioning installations.
Quotations are based on the information and access available at the time. Any unforeseen work or additional faults will be discussed before extra charges are incurred.
